Before building our new home, we had heard far too many horror stories that nearly scared us away from building. To prevent a bad situation from happening to us, we vowed to come up with a sure fire plan.

Low and behold, our desire to achieve a positive home building experience resulted in our development of an innovative home planning system that worked incredibly well!

Our construction loan officer liked our home planning ideas and invoice payment system so well that he told us we should tell others about it. And that's how BuildWisely's Home Planning Guide came about. Our research and home planning guide was developed from personal experiences gained throughout years of restoring older homes and then ultimately from our home building experiences, research, and hands-on work.
