The Garrison Colonial Style Home, nearly identical to that of the original Colonial style home, except that there are a couple of minor differences:

The entire front facade of the Second Story is "Cantilevered" (overhangs the first floor).

There are Wooden Ornaments Projecting Down from Overhang.
