Spanish Colonial Style Home

An early Southwest design, still admired today, the Spanish Colonial reveals its own beauty through its stature and its grace.

Homes built by the Spanish Colonists, were originally built in southern areas that we now know to be Florida, California, and states of the Southwest.

Common Spanish Colonial features may include:

Constructed of either Lime Washed Adobe or Plastered Stone Walls

      Monolithic Walls with Baroque Ornamentation

Exposed Timbers to Visualize Roof Supports

Roof Design of either a Flat Roof with arched parapet or Gabled Roof with Terra Cotta Tiles

      Bell Towers
